Delivery Method
We send most items First Class Royal Mail and 95% of items are despatched within 24 hours (Mon-Thurs) of the order being received, we pride ourselves on our speed and low cost!- Express Delivery Options will be available offering Next Day Delivery Monday to Friday! All items are shipped together where possible including Greeting Cards!

How Do I Return?
- We are happy to accept returns within 28 days of delivery. However return costs are payable by the customer.
Please use the "Contact" form to return an order and will reply back with instructions on how to do so. - Item(s) must be unworn and in original condition.

Exchanges
- We do offer exchanges if your size is available otherwise we shall refund. However you need to get in touch
with us using the "Contact" form to see if your size is available or not as popular items do sell fast!

Amend or Cancel Order
- Please use the "Contact" form to change or cancel a order including your order number.
Something's wrong with my item
- Please get in touch with the "Contact" page and will do all we can to put things right for you! As we aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

Missing Order/Items(s)
- If an order has not arrived, please use the contact us form to contact us but it's best to wait at least 5 working days before doing so as during busier times of the year some delays are expected. We always aim to despatch within 24/48 hours as standard! If any items are missing from your order please contact us and will make sure to put things right for you!

If an items out of stock/not available you can contact us using the "Contact" page and we can hopefully provide
an update if it's expected back in stock anytime soon!

- Majority of our shirts/products are made to standard UK sizes so you don't have to worry about the fit as much!
